Se invita a la comunidad educativa a que vigilen la buena prestación del PAE
Una mesa de trabajo que orientó el Gobernador de los huilenses Rodrigo Villalba Mosquera, junto a su equipo de colaboradores, determinó que uno de los aspectos a cumplir de manera ajustada a la Resolución 335 de 2021, (Ministerio de Educación Nacional), es la de entregar las raciones tipo almuerzo sólo y exclusivamente a los estudiantes de las Instituciones Educativas que tengan jornada única como lo exige la ley.
“Hicimos un balance de lo que significa este programa de alimentación escolar en el Huila, que es básico para permanencia de los estudiantes y por supuesto contribuimos de alguna manera a la nutrición de nuestros niños, niñas y adolescentes que se están formando día a día en las instituciones educativas cumpliendo con las exigencias consignadas en las minutas del Ministerio donde están consignados los aportes energéticos que requieren nuestros niños, niñas y jóvenes”, afirmó el mandatario departamental.
Este es un programa sensible. En cada institución hay un comité del PAE (Comité de Alimentación Escolar) que hay que activar, y donde están las fuerzas de los estamentos educativos, padres de familia, estudiantes, docentes, que nos ayudan a controlar a que lo contratado se realice. En segundo lugar, el esfuerzo grande que está haciendo el departamento, la obligación de acuerdo a la Resolución 335 del 2021, es que tengamos la posibilidad de proveer alimentos tipo almuerzo para las instituciones educativas con jornada única”, complementó Villalba Mosquera.
Un especial énfasis hizo el gobernador en el sector rural, a donde se atiende con alimentación escolar a estudiantes de pre escolar, primaria y secundaria, con la ración tipo complemento.
“Estamos atendiendo a un total de cerca de 105 mil estudiantes en el departamento con una cobertura del 86%, muy por encima de la media nacional. Hay dificultades corriendo riesgos presupuestales que vamos ir resolviendo. Lo que nos ha girado el Gobierno Nacional apenas es el 60%, equivalente a $56.000 millones, y nos queda faltando un recurso de aproximadamente $40.000 millones para cumplir con todos los días del calendario escolar del 2024. Aquí seguramente haremos las gestiones correspondientes aportando recursos del Departamento para cubrir esa meta de este año”, sentenció Rodrigo Villalba.
Finalmente, el mandatario de los huilenses anunció una reingeniería del programa explorando una contratación del mismo con las comunidades en las zonas rurales.
